In its partnering role, EMR B.V.:

- Searches for qualified and reliable partners

- Arranges introductions with potential partners

- Assists in negotiations

- Coordinates and supervises the ensuing activities

EMR B.V. also provides full-scale project execution services for their clients having a demand for existing production facilities and installations.

In this role, EMR B.V. undertakes the complete geographical transplantation of facilities and installations, which include:

- Scope definition

- Planning

- Engineering

- Cost Control

- All disassembly and re-assembly activities

- Modification and overhaul to required specifications

- Coding of individual machine-parts

- Approvals and inspections

- Insurance

- Heavy-lifts and transportation

- Ocean Transport

- Infrastructure at the new location

- Erection and assembly at the new location

- Testing and commissioning

- Training and instruction of operators
